What is the Let’s Develop Together, Let’s Laugh Together Project?
- It is a capacity building project coordinated by the EU Presidency and initiated with EU support within the scope of the Civil Society Support Program III. Term.
- It is structured in 3 areas as the Guide Family Program, Volunteer Program and Pharmacies Program.
What is the Purpose of Our Project?
- The main goal of our “Let’s Develop Together, Let’s Laugh Together” project is to develop the organizational and institutional capacities of our association, which acts as a new resource center for Turkish civil society actors dedicated to promoting the care of children with cancer.
What is the Goal of Our Project?
- To develop a Volunteer Education Program and a Guide Family Program within the organization to serve as a means for the development of the skills and capacities of our association members and volunteers, and to establish a Volunteer Education Committee and a Guide Family Committee consisting of 10 people in line with this,
- To institutionalize a Monitoring and Supervision mechanism for the activities, infrastructure of our association and their comparison with other relevant NGOs,
- To increase the capacities of our association and other relevant NGOs in order to reach relevant social stakeholders and gain their cooperation,
- To create a strategic toolbox consisting of 35 tools based on the integration of 15 best practices in Europe as a result of collecting, analyzing and adapting them within the project for the development and long-term institutional planning of our association and 10 other relevant NGOs,
- To ensure the financial sustainability of our association and to present this as a training model to relevant local NGOs for their own development.
